Enabling Gravatars on pMachine Pro

This is a simple hack that will get gravatars displayed on you pMachine pro comments, it will also cache them locally incase gravatar.com goes down.

I'm certain I used to have my own links...
...but only have the default WordPress ones now, maybe something I lost in an upgrade or rebuild. Shame I can't remember what I was linking to
