Chicken and Chips

by on Dec.13, 2004, under Food

Another normal sounding meal, well it was going to be till I realised its safer to cut the chicken and cook it in little peices than it is to cook it whole. It was a frozen chichen breast.

Ingredients

  • chips
  • chicken breast
  • cayenne pepper
  • Tabasco sauce
  • Worcestershire source
  • soy source
  • peanut butter

Method
Put the chips on to cook – see thats easy I use oven chips so a handful of chips on a tray and in the oven for about 20 mins.
wehile the chips are cooking.
Make sure your chickens defrosted (nuked for a few mins) and scut into small bite size peices or chicken nuget size.
Add oil to a hot pan and fry the chicken till its cooked.
Add a fine dusting of teh pepper, and a sprinkle of each source and stir fry your chicken. this is quite a dry mix at the minute as the sources will either be soaked or evaporated, aff a good dolop of peanut butter to the pan and stir making sure the chicken is coated add more oil to thin the mix, be sure to stire it alot, cover the pan till the chips are cooked. I’m not sure if covering the pan amde any difference but I hoped it would keep some mouster in.
Once the chips are cooked put them onto a plate and place the chiken on top pour any source over, be carful this source will be hot and it seemed to stay hot all the time I was eating.

Chicken ona bed of chips, grab a fork and eat
