Pancakes

Ok I bet you’re thinking whats so weird about that? Well the answer is nothing I just wanted to add my version.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 heaped spoons of flour
  • 1 spoon sugar
  • milk

Method
Break the egg into a mixing bowl, add the sugar, whisk the sugar into the egg, add 1 spoon of flour and whisk, add a splash of milk to losen the mixture add the second spoon of floor, whisk until all the flours mixed in, add milk to losen the mix to the right consistency, thin enough to pour. heat up a frying pan (preferably non-stick) and add cooking oil/butter, pour in half the pancake mix and cook till slightly firm. If you’re brake you can toss the pancake, I prefer to just flip it. Cook the other side till its golden brown, and then serve. Repeat with the rest of the mix.

Serving
This makes 2 pancakes, so what I do is put the first one on a plate, and coat it in chocolate (ok its chocolate spread) do this while the second ones s cooking, then place the second one ontop, maybe add more chocolate and fold in half. Eat while theyre still warm.
